Shipping Countries
We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Australia Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the United States.
Shipping times
Orders take 1–3 business days to process. Once processed, shipping takes approximately 4–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
However, please note that shipping time may vary based on your location and the time of year. During peak periods such as vacations, public holidays there may be slight delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and order details.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Customs & Import Fees
Customers will not incur any additional customs or import fees after placing their order.
All fees, if applicable, are already handled by us.
Lost / Delayed Packages
Once your order is placed, check your email for the Order Confirmation Email and verify that the shipping address is correct with no missing information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee of €24,00 EUR will be charged to resend the parcel, or it will be deducted from the refund if you choose not to reship.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contactbaretta@gmail.com and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
